SWEDISH MASSAGE - A Swedish massage is designed to melt away tension throughout the entire body by rubbing the muscles in long, gliding strokes in the direction of blood returning to the heart. When paired with some stretching and trigger point therapy, this Swedish massage is a great way to start. A Swedish massage is our base massage and is completely customizable with our wide range of upgrades!
DEEP TISSUE - A massage where firm pressure and slow strokes are applied in order used to break up scar tissue and physically break down muscle "knots" or adhesions (bands of painful, rigid tissue) that can disrupt circulation and cause pain, limited range of motion, and inflammation.
HOT STONE MASSAGE - Best for people who have muscle pain and tension or who simply want to relax. The massage therapist uses heated stones in lieu of or in addition to their hands. Perfect for those who don’t enjoy a lot of pressure in their massage as the heat penetrates into the muscle deep and helps to loosen deeper.
PRENATAL MASSAGE - Our prenatal massage will help to reduce discomfort during pregnancy after the first trimester. This special therapeutic treatment can also rub away anxiety and pain for better sleep and circulation.
CUSTOM MASSAGE - Custom massage therapy incorporates a variety of modalities, or types of massage techniques, to ensure the best individualized treatment to each guest. Talk to Jayme for more information about this massage.
